In the vast world of books, there is no shortage of reading material. Among famous writers, where love and non-fiction are common themes, I found Finding Pieces of Me by Roselle Mam (@lifelovepraiseandpoetry) to be truly special.
From start to finish, every poem is beautifully crafted, exploring lifestyles, emotions, and humanity—without spreading hate. This is what made me fall in love with the book. Some poems, in particular, touched my heart, such as the one dedicated to doctors and police officers who worked tirelessly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Another, comparing the beauty of falling in love to a book, was deeply moving. One poem, where Roselle shares her entire life story in just a few lines, left me emotional and inspired. After reading it twice, I found it to be truly motivational.
Your book has given me a new perspective on life, and I am so happy to be writing this review—something I can’t quite express in words. I give your book 5 out of 5 stars.
