Did you know that Snow Leopards don’t roar? Yes! According to WWF.org.UK, “Snow Leopards main call sounds is like a piercing yowl that is loud enough to be heard over the sound of a roaring river.”

Snow Leopards are carnivorous. They can carry their prey three times their body weight. This amazing animal is listed in as one of the endangered species. Their skin and other parts are sold illegally. There are ;less than 4000 snow leopards in the wild of 12 different countries; namely, Afghanistan, Bhutan, China, India, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

Snow leopards have furry paws, blue eyes, thick tails, and yellow-tinged fur with rosette spots on their body except for the head , neck, and lower limbs which have solid spots.

I hope you enjoyed my poetic story about the Snow Leopards.
